Movement
I have been coaching since 2018 to help clients reach their personal strength and fitness goals. It’s fun to be able to put your hands on something, work hard, and achieve results.
Working towards our goals gives us purpose and teaches us more about ourselves—another facet to greater self-awareness. Strength training has always been one of my loves, and I really enjoy coaching in the weight room.
It’s important to me, as your coach, that you know proper technique, have programming designed specifically for you and your goals, that you are clear on the “how” and “why” to achieving these goals, and that you feel both supported, and pushed to be better, during this process.
My movement coaching experience focuses on strength training, yoga/stretching, and cardiovascular training to meet your needs and goals.
