Nutrition

There is no one nutrition plan that works for everyone.

I feel that nutrition and spirituality are closely intertwined and I respect where people are at on their journey. As for following a diet that is mostly Vegan, Mediterranean, Paleo, Keto, or Carnivore—well, that’s for us to explore further.  Most importantly, to know that the foods we choose do not define our identity—they are meant to serve our health and positively support our life.  I work with you, focusing on whole, nutrient dense foods—that will help you reach your goals and to remove the obstacles that manifest with a poorly mapped out nutrition plan.

Everyone responds differently to various foods based on body type, genetics, metabolic health, gut health, hormones, lean muscle mass, activity level, stress, and so on—these things will often dictate our nutritional needs as well.

We will do a deep dive into all things nutrition—not just the food you put in your mouth, but also the “food” we fill our minds with.  Good nutrition is our foundation to greater self-awareness—it is a starting point—one of our most important daily habits of self-love and self-care.
