6-Month Course
Together, we will work one-on-one and do a deep dive into all things “Nutrition”
6 months is the minimum amount of time required to make changes, shift habits, and develop more self-awareness.
I meet you where you are at; we work together to establish clear goals and I help you devise plans for reaching these goals.
Direct, hands-on experience, is one of our greatest assets. Knowing something to be “true” because we have, through our own experience, experienced something to be both unmistakable and undeniable—is a power and skill that I often feel isn’t fully utilized and tapped into. I coach you to get out into the world and to have more experiences outside of your comfort zone. To be curious, to welcome new ways of thinking, to get out of old habits that no longer serve you. I am not the type of coach that is going to tell you what to do, or how to live your life. Yes, I will help you navigate your food selections, physical training, and self-talk—but at the end of the day, the most important thing is that you are moving from YOUR heart center.
Nutrition
There is no one nutrition plan that works for everyone. I work with you, focusing on whole, nutrient dense foods—that will help you reach your goals and remove the obstacles that manifest with a poorly mapped out nutrition plan.
Movement
My movement coaching style is focused mostly on strength training with a side of yoga/stretching, and cardiovascular training to meet your needs and goals.
Mindset
There is no greater force on this planet than the stories that we tell ourselves. The power that we, as individuals, are capable of by a “mere suggestion” to our mind is one of the most fascinating things I have ever witnessed.
